Silence

Four AM
and there is
silence
in this early
morning hour.
I savor the
tranquility,
stillness and
coffee.

    My middle daughter and I have a special routine of getting up at an early time and watching the sun come up. Oh, and yes there is lots of hot coffee to be had.
